Store the medicine in a closed container at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and direct light.

This medicine is not right for everyone. Do not use it if you had an allergic reaction to bicalutamide.

Keep all medicine out of the reach of children. Never share your medicine with anyone.

This medicine may cause birth defects if the father is using it when his sexual partner becomes pregnant. Male patients with female partners should use an effective form of birth control during treatment with this medicine and for 130 days after the last dose.

Some medicines may affect how bicalutamide works. Tell your doctor if you are using midazolam or a blood thinner medicine (including warfarin).

• Change in how much or how often you urinate, red or pink urine, difficult or painful urination
• Chest pain or trouble breathing
• Dark urine or pale stools, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, stomach pain, yellow skin or eyes
• Fever, chills, cough, sore throat, body aches
• Increased hunger or thirst, tiredness, blurred vision
• Rapid weight gain, swelling in your hands, ankles, or feet
• Numbness, tingling, or burning pain in your hands, arms, legs, or feet
• Dizziness
• Back, pelvic, or bone pain
• Constipation, diarrhea, nausea
• Trouble getting an erection
• Sweating, warmth or redness in your face, neck, arms, or upper chest
• Breast pain, swelling, or tenderness
