A doctor or other trained health professional will give you this medicine. This medicine is given through a needle placed in one of your veins or into your bladder before the ultrasound.

This medicine is not right for everyone. You should not receive it if you had an allergic reaction to sulfur hexafluoride lipid microsphere or polyethylene glycol.

Your doctor will check your progress and the effects of this medicine at regular visits. Keep all appointments.

This medicine may cause serious heart or lung problems.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have lung disease, heart failure, heart rhythm problems, or a history of heart attack.

• Seizures
• Chest pain, trouble breathing
• Fast, slow, pounding, or uneven heartbeat
• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
• Lightheadedness, dizziness, or fainting
• Pain, itching, burning, swelling, or a lump under your skin where the needle is placed
• Headache, nausea
