This medicine is not right for everyone. You should not receive it if you have low blood pressure or severe heart disease, lung disease, kidney disease, or high blood pressure.

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have asthma.

Many other medicines may interfere with histamine and affect your allergy test. Tell your doctor about all other medicine you have used in the past 40 days.

Some medicines and foods can affect how histamine works. Tell your doctor if you are using any of the following: Dopamine, propranolol, or terbutalineAntihistamine, including chlorpheniramineTricyclic antidepressant

• Allergic reaction: Itching or hives, swelling in your face or hands, swelling or tingling in your mouth or throat, chest tightness, trouble breathing
